Perez'z first convictions were thrown out on appeal over procedural errors by the trial Judge, Judge Julia Dewey
Perez's case will be divided into two separate trials this time on charges of Conspiracy to commit Larceny by Extortion and and Attempt to Commit Larceny by Extortion and a second trial for Bribe Receiving, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Physical Evidence

At this point.....I'd take Eddie Perez back if we could send Sarah Luke Bronin packing to never never land where they're from.
I think the voters might do that on their own next time,sending them packing I mean, but at least you didn't say you would welcome Pedro Segarra back
just remember, Eddie was part of the leadership over the years that got us into this mess as well as Carrie Saxon Perry and a host of fiscally irresponsible leaders. As least Luke is telling it as it is and not covering things up

As you speak of cover-ups. Watch the issue brewing with the football coach being terminated. This is an issue that has been going on for a while. just like the covered for Eddie G. Bronin is on a suburban tour looking for handouts all the while he is accepting money from the state for a bronze statue of Doc Hurley,,,funding inflatable bubbles for city artists to perform in,,posting pictures and giving accolades to the 31 teachers the city sent to Florida to "accept an award",,,making ascinin deals with Centerplan and Yardgoats owner before the shit hit the fan,,,canceling Riverfest,,,not paying the city's water bill,,,,doesn't pay his fair share of taxes for his brownstone overlooking Bushnell park,,,is ok with his wife double dipping off taxpayers backs ($750,000 isn't enough from UCONN Sarah?),,, Davidklein ,I wish Bronin wasn't so "TRANSPARENT" and telling it like it is ,,,,it's too stressful for me!
